I’ve been facing weird ignorance from Amazon delivery boy, and we are experiencing this problem since last three months as we moved to new location to Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore.
We have ordered multiple things from Amazon website, but every time this problem comes with just one particular Amazon delivery boy. Rest all Amazon delivery boys delivers the orders well.
This particular Amazon delivery boy calls us and asks for address even though we are living in easily identifiable location which can be easily identified by even new comer to Bangalore.
For the first delivery, he called our family members (unfortunately, I was out of station) 4 times in a single day within a span of 3 hours and he returned the order to store mentioning the reason as the customer did not respond to phone calls.
For the second delivery, he called us once again to ask for the address and told during the phone conversation that he wrongly picked-up the order. He did not tell anything more than that, but on the next day the order was returned to store.
We ordered Pista as third order, and for this delivery, he did not even call us, but the order was returned to store. I’ve complained the same to Amazon customer care, but even those customer care employees did not respond positively for our requests.
This time; for the fourth order, he called me 4 days before. This time, I identified him and I requested him to let me know when can he deliver my order. He told that he’ll handover that order to some other person. And also, he disconnected the call while I was talking to him. Since last four days, for everyday, we’ve been seeing the message in the www.amazon.in website something like ‘Your order will be delivered today before 9:00pm’. But, it never delivers.
It is really annoying. Can someone please help me to resolve the issue with him!
