Hi Team.

My Name is srinivas and my USER ID is 22BCMBA147. Please find my grievance below:

Description:

They have made some changes in policy regarding electricity bill and they are forcing us to follow.

There are no smart meters installed for every room and we have to pay according to building consumption every month. My room is double occupancy and i hardly stay in pg because most of the time i will be in office

I only use one fan and light in the room and that too very rarely i use . Still they are asking us to pay around 1000 INR . The bill we got is based on building consumption every month but not on meter consumption.I have been begging them for details from the last month as in why this amount has been charged . i have also given complaint to RC multiple times still there is no help received . Even the sales person who is incharge is not helping me even after dropping mails and calling on regular basis.They have even turned down my internet the day after i didn’t pay my electricity bill which is very rude.

They have informed that if i pay full amount for first month from next month i will get a credit note and electricity bill will not be that much . They have given all false promises to me and i have all the recordings and proofs for the same . RC is being shouting at me when i enquired about the false promises which is very much disrespectful . They don’t even care about resident well being and we have to go through emotional trauma for even for small queries and requests. .I have also even spoken to Regional manager still there is no help received.

Resolution: I want refund of all my electricity bill paid for October month. I want them to end my contract and return my deposit and one month advance rent if they don’t want to remove electricity component
