Last 9/7/2023 I bought a product worth 500 taka from Reliance smatbazar and paid with my card first. Money was deducted from my account. They say payment is not complete a white paper comes out from card punching machine again I pay 500 taka cash i.e. 1000 taka for an item of 500 taka I pay card and cash complain to them they say money will enter my account within 72 hours but 18 days The money did not enter the account. After ten days I go to them and tell them again. They said I have to give my account details. And take a picture of the card I say send me a mail. I gave the mail id till today they did not send the money back. I don’t know if they will abuse my account details or if they manipulated the card punching machine and took all my card information. I don’t know. Request for.
