I have 130.40 Rs. in my mobile no 9179193464 with unlimited pack. but Airtel is forceing me to recharge unless outgoing of the phone will be stoped. on 9th dec. 18 outgoing service was stopped and on 10th dec 18, a amount of rs. 23 has been deducted from my main balance for 28 days validity.
I am using the service of airtel mobile from last 10 years. Now airtel is doing such type of monopoly. I want my rs back to my account with my old unlimited validity.
Otherwise i will complain the same in TRAI.
