Dear Sir,
I request to you. i am using idea no. since 9 years. but recently idea-voda company activated rs 999/- rental plan without my permission. i used 299/- monthly and suddenly i received bill 1230 rs on April month. and that time i don’t have android phone becoz my phone was damage on 26 march 2020. and from march end i use normal phone non android phone. so y i active 999 rental plan. jabki i never use data service in that no. i complain many time and customer care person said ur plan 299 i did not find issue. approx i complain 15 time. suddenly i use in 23 june Samsung j5 2nd hand phone then customer care person said i activate 999 plan from Samsung j5 dated 23 april 2020. i cant pay 999 rental becoz i dond have much money. and i want change telecom company or change my plan then customer care person say if i change company or plan or even i surrender my no. they charge 3000 rs penalty for change any thing . becoz this bulshit plan once activate then minimum 6 month compulsory has to use. and currently idea voda company network issue in anywhere in mumbai. no network then how can i use net. how can pay 299/- or they ask 999 monthly. please help me outof this problem. my no is 08108136999.
