My order No TSD18398 is delivered on 26 Aug 21. But this order is not same. My order attached with photo. Therefore order is wrong delivered. So I request my order return and refund my money.

My order id is TSD17221. I ordered combo of 3 shirts on 20th August 2021. I got a confirmation call from 06239471751 this number on the same day. I got the product on 2nd September 2021. After opening the parcel, I was shocked that the shirts were used ones, full of dirt, small holes. It’s pathetic in condition. I never imagine about such a fraud cheating. I lost my hard earned money. I tried to contact in website, in above mobile number and another number (06284672827) given in bill along with their return address. Both numbers are switched off and website is unavailable. The return address shown is ” 2nd floor, IIMT Resorts, Punjab, Ropar-140001.” Kindly do the needful and help me to return my money. Thank you
I ordered (order No: 3919) navy blue shirt but I got dirty multi color chinese color very bad shirt
immediately I sent them mail on their mail id which is : shirtsdealoffer@gmail.com but even after repeatedly reminders to them there is no call back nor email confirmation no reply etc.
I want my refund back
