I would like to inform you that my number and Gmail Id is changed for long now but I forgot to update it in my account details though for address , I have put all necessary inputs . However as I want to return my product which was done through upi and now they are asking my bank details for a refund however the OTP for that goes back my old number which I don’t have right now . So, I can’t initiate the process of refund . Can you suggest some alternatives such as you can refund to my UPI ID that would be feasible for me .
