Hi I want to raise a complaint against Jio fiber distributer(Gaurav Bisht – 9458126126) in Dehradun. I paid 2474 rs for Jio fiber connection on dated- 22-sept-2021. he said installation will be done today but no one came for installation. I called him next day he said same thing installation will happened today again no one came for installation. I was following him up for installation but there was no response from him and giving the false statement that technician will be there at any time. On 26th of sept i was so pissed off and decided to cancel my registration. So i called him asked for the procedure. He gave me the no but that was not helpful because its a IVR system and its not giving me any option for cancelling the registration. Its been 14 days i am not able to cancel the jio fiber connection the sales person. Mr Gaurav Bisht behaving rudely and saying he can’t do anything about this and if you want to complaint go for it. So all i want to raise a complaint against him for this unprofessional behavior and against the customer service of jio fiber. they should cancel my registration and refund my money.
