Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to request the cancellation of a voucher that I recently purchased from your company. Unfortunately, I have had a change of plans and will no longer be able to use the voucher.
I would appreciate it if you could cancel the voucher and issue a refund to my account as soon as possible. Please let me know what steps need to be taken to initiate the refund process.
