They are NOT understanding the anomaly, the distraction… What happened I have already contacted , the executive, superviso, the QA persons and claim depart mail around 10. HOPE this person understand the situation.
For the last three month when I place my order when it is in my favour it gave the message” UNABLE to place…”. They know what is the message… this happend in all three sessions i.e Japan, EU and US ..i.e all the time and I incurred loss because.of this..
Because of the deviation , glitch or anoamly in the platform I ask for compensation….. I can’t accept this loss….and shock from Olymp trade platform. So I wrote to their supervisor QA and claims and others and still it is in vain …. One thing is certain they know my situation. BUT they sleep NO they act like sleeping….. I ask them to send my compensation after reading this. Thank you Chittarthan
