Text of Complaint by Nishant kumar:

I purchased a connection of airtel xstream fiber broadband which id is 063110076747_dsl on 18th of October 2021 with validity of three months in Rs2829. Aitel disconnected my connection in one month i.e 18th of November 2021 and not giving me a proper reason. I had tried so much time to restart my connection through airtel customer care and through mail in last 5days, but no one is giving me proper response. All the time he said that you don’t have a sufficient balance but ,i purchased three months validity pack and it is also show in my airtel app and customer care also said that yes you have three months plan but how it is happening we don’t know. Amd no onw is givinge proper response and solution so please help me and take an action against airtel.
