From my jio number 7001285722, want to know about the airtel prepaid plans and want to know what is the customer care number of airtel broadband services,
A lady was picked up the call I don’t know what is her name because she didn’t say hi I am from airtel and my name is ……….. But this is not any problem, she have right she can’t disclose her name, but her attitude of talking, i feel this is so rude and makes me embarrassed, I also knocked her please don’t be so rude please talk normally, I asked some queries from her she didn’t provide me proper information, like I asked her what is the number of airtel broadband service number she didn’t reply anything and cut the call, so this is my complaint and I hope airtel will resolve this soon.
