Hello , i purchased a relame smart watch on 18th may order i received this on 21st may which was a damaged product.i requested for replacement but i have not received it yet but in order status it shows that replacement is completed. I complaint many many times but i have not received any resolution yet.i recently contact again to Flipkart costomer care and again she rise a complaint again but no resolution ,Please provide me best resolution because its more then 3 month’s .
