Text of Complaint by Vipul Patil:

  1. Airtel provided the service of eSIM, so i ported the number in airtel. And after that I messaged for eSIM
  2. then they said that you have to registered your email ID first. saying its the procedure and its fine i am ok with it i requested them to register my email on 6-03-2021
  3. i called them today 3 times but no one able to register my email or even can’t solved my problem. I have requested them that take my complaint or i want to talk with your seniors but they not done that.
  4. i am trying to contact them because i have ergency i have planned some planes for my work
    I m in hurry that the eSIM will activated and i will do my other planed word with it but they said that it will take 4 days to update your email ID! I said what why it will take 4 days to update email ID, but they don’t have any valid reason. Its 2 minutes of work for them to register the email because even other all the details Adhar No. the linked PAN with it and all the details of customer with the house address, And email ID also on it or registered witg adhar Details with gave them to activate the SIM then why it taking to update the email ID 4 working days? Who will pay the customer will face loss or what he have planed with the stuff in 4 days.
  5. I am IT engineer and as per my knowledge it will not take 4 days to update just email ID because we already gives all the details while activate the sim card. Even they asks to wait for 4 days. For what ?
  6. They didn’t provide customer service on this. They just say that it will take time but not gives the valid reason behind it. I am very disappointed with the service because i have requested them to take my complaint but they didn’t tooked my complaint. And am very disappointed with the service that i am using them airtel for very long and other of airtel too my family also use the same. But they disappoint like this then this is wrong. They just need to take my complaint that why it will tale 4 days to just update email  because i have other work to do with the SIM but tehy refuses 3 times. So i complaining here
  7. hope my issue will solve and others loyal customers like me will get relief from poor service from airtel or they customer support team they are not capable of solving the small genuine issue that their loyal customers have rised.
    the same issue will other people face too but i think no one speaks may be they don’t dare to argue with the big companies or something but this needs to be solved. If we are paying for it hard earned money they they need to provide service like it.
