Respected sir/madam, with reference above mentioned I would like to say, sir my name is Kamal nagar, I had taken a personal loan of rs. 50000/- from home credit India ltd. Loan account number is 3907384728.
Sir my issue is I had to paid the payment of home credit as on dt.27/08/2020 for the loan closure.
Misguided team –
Dear sir, one of employees of the home credit team ( his name is mr. Vimal ) he said to me on 27/08/2020 Mr. Kamal ji your loan is running to us, (you had taken a moratorium period till the 31/08/2020) we have an offer regarding the payment of emi’s in covid- 19 pandamic, if you can pay all emi’s which is in moratorium services that all the moratorium period interest will be waived off & you need to pay only EMI amount instead any monthly moratorium interest.
Then I put the question, I said sir if I pay all amount ( fore closure ) for the closing loan then how many needs to pay as per your offer. Then he said sir your closure amount is 41459/- it’s valid for 24 hrs. I asked him to again and again sir this is last payment or not ? Then he said sir it’s the last payment for the closure. Ok I said
Then I initiated the payment process from home credit ltd mobile app with my savings bank debit card-
1st transaction is 20000/- successful
2nd transaction 21459/- I initiated but the transaction was failed & the amount got deducted from my bank account but not received in home credit ltd. For further queries I contacted with bank of India for refund related.
On 28/08/2020 call received from home credit, they said your 20000/- has received but whole 41459/- amount is not received still. I explained the reason to them regarding 21459/- transaction.
Then the said no issue you can make new transaction 21459/- ( the failed transaction 21459/- will refund to you if received us then will be refundable.) Then I again paid the payment with phone pay
Transaction history- 1st 10000/- 2nd 10000/- 3rd 1460/- 4th 1982/-
* The 4th transaction was additional payment as earlier guided them 41459 /- is the net closure according to Mr. Vimal. Then I paying the amount after 3rd transaction Mr. Arvind suddenly called me & said sir you have to pay more additional 1982/- then I asked sir Mr Vimal is Already commited 41459/- for the same then why I should the 1982/- additional payment. Then Mr. Arvind said sir Mr. Vimal is mis guide you & the actual amount is 41459+1982= 43441/- then i said done ( I paid 1982/- ) all fore closure amount is 43441/- I totally paid according to both of them.
Then 28/08/2020 sir I received msg from bank of India & the failed payment was successful and transferred to home credit successfully. That means the total payment which is paid by me +41459+1982)= 43441+21459/-
The 21459/- amount is additional paid to home credit ltd. But I received a msg from home credit they transferred to only 13526/-
The refundable amount is 21459/- & got received 13526/- 21459-13526= 7993/- is the net refundable amount. I have recorded all calls both of them ( please action both of them for the misguiding & mental harassment to Customer). In the covid-19 pandamic situation RBI & central government is given deferment to Customer & also providing the facility the same. But the companies wants to try to get the fund with fraud & mid guiding activity. Please take a legal action to both of them.
