I recharge on 16 june 2020 for 98rs but my data 12gb not submit in my account then i call to coustomer care they told me to recharge smart pack, if you recharge smart pack you can use your 98rs pack 12gb data so i recharge 49rs smart but there’s no my 12gb data come back then another time i call to airtel coustomer care now they change on their said now they told me you have misunderstanding if you recharge now 98rs your 12gb you will get 12gb
Soo i told him plls give me refund my first recharge money 98rs , because my 98rs is gone waste if you refund my money then i recharge 98rs .
