I am Sameer Kumar and I pay my jio postpaid bill of 500 rs and money deducted from my account and postpaid bill is not happen .
Please refund my money.

I have reached my pre post jio sim from my Paytm recharge of 1st recharge of 50
And second of 199 then 10 (a bill) then checking will i receive a msg (successfully reacharge) but my account balance was cut from my account and no reacharge wil be done after that my brother go to shop and he will reacharge my no.199 rs and 10 rs but received a msg of amount debited in jio @citibank
