27th Feb- I ordered Poco M3 mobile (Order ID-OD121126235353668000) in name of Jitendra Singh. But the receipt of that is required for submitting as a documentary proof in name of Smt Rajkumari Singh, so I requested to change the shipping address in name of Smt Rajkumari Singh. Flipkart approved the changes in shipping name and address and accepted to deliver accordingly.

But on 1st March, the item was delivered with old name and address. The delivery boy denied to return and suggested to go through customer care and flipkart site for further problem. Accordingly I returned the product and choose only available option i.e. replacement. For replacement the delivery time was shown more than a week and item was required as soon as possible.

To avoid undue delay for submitting receipt in govt sector, I ordered a new same (poco m3 mobile) order id 121145287074939000 and the same was delivered on 3rd March and my requirement was fulfilled.

On 6th March, the item was picked up and replacement has been delivered for the same but due to delay and non-requirement of it now, I request refund instead of replacement. On 8th March, it was rejected by flipkart with statement-“Sorry, the seller is unable to fulfill your return request”.

The amount is huge (Rs.10999) and two mobile is not useful for me and it is not bearable to me. So, on 8th March again requested for refund but it was also rejected on 10th March with same statement.

It is fault of the Flipkart that they delivered item with old address in spite of acceptance given and for changing shipping address it takes time more than a week.

So, you are requested to take action against the fault and provide the refund for the same.
