I want to return hp pavilion leptop which one i purchased from Flipkart on 23rd September and this laptop have battery issue so i want to return it but Flipkart app does not work also customer care not helping they said that our servers did not working currently .we file your compliment but when i ask what is my complaint number they acted like sir we can’t hear you . Which is clearly pathetic. i want my refund my money in my credit card . Flipkart your servers not working so I can’t apply for refund on Flipkart so that’s why i messaging you because this my proof of completion to you about your product and i want refund . Order number is- OD126068636972305000
Last date for applying refund is 02 October 2022 and after that i am not able to apply refund
Do whatever you want but return my amount .
I am attaching last minute call recording with customer care that’s how he wanted to make fool of mine .
Today I received a another call from Flipkart and customer exicutive told me that there is a falt from your side and our side that’s why you can’t be able to apply refund right now ,first thing is that why is it my fault i am continuously trying to apply for refund but your Flipkart app is not working so Flipkart is responsible for my refund dealy.
Second thing i asked to for Flipkart exicutive for my complain number or reference number anything from that i can show that i did contact with Flipkart and i sought for refund but he told that he don’t have any services like that so he can’t provide any complaint number .
I recorded all conversation throughout call recording.
And he said me that wait for 48 hours after 48 hours our Flipkart team help you
But my last date for applying refund is 02 October so if I can’t apply for refund just of Flipkart server error then what can i do .
