Hi…mene Flipkart pe ek order kiya tha spider craft ka hammock swing chair… 16 January ko order kiya tha jo 29 January ko delivered hua mujhe…lekin jab mene product dekha pehle mujhe laga ki cushions missing hai, kyuki bahar se chushions nhi dikh rahi thi… isliye mene product return kiya …me ye baat delivery boy ko bhi boli…fir jab mene product open kiya cushions ander mila mujhe aur product ka chair completly fata hua mila mujhe…lekin mujhe product pasand aya … isliye mene replace karne ka socha…lekin jo mene pehle return kiya tha uski wajah se return requested stage pe stuck ho gya… Mene customer care pe phone kiya…unlogo ne bola ki 24 hr lagenge thik hone me..fir me daily phone karne lagi ki mujhe replace karna hai product…lekin ye 72 hr me bhi thik nhi hua… Mujhe phone karke bola gaya ki iska refund kar denge … form fillup bhi kiya, bank account details bhi liya mera…lekin kuch nhi hua… Fir mene Facebook pe message kiya ki mujhe ye sab problem ho raha hai…fir unlogo ne 18 February ko thik kar diya aur product return ke liye kar diya…lekin mujhe to replace karna tha…mene fir se phone kiya …fir unlogo ne bola ki jo return kiya gaya hai wo cancel kar do isbar replace ho jayega…mene cancel kar diya to fir se return requested stage pe stuck ho gaya…isbaar 48 hr ke baad thik hua…fir mene customer care executive se baat karke bola ki aap isbar replace kar do mera product to wo bolne laga ki mera account hi block ho gaya…ab me kya karu…ye to Flipkart ki galti hai…me itne din tak wait kiya ek replace ke liye..29 January se 18 february tak…fir Flipkart ne mera account hi blocked kar Diya… Mujhe abhi return hi karna hai.. account block ho jaye koi baat nhi ….lekin mera ye damaged product return chahiye..mujhe refund chahiye… 10,789 rs ka tha wo Swing chair… Itna paisa mera doob gaya…
