I am using GTPL broadband but I disconnect the connection and gave there hardware and all on previous year August but still I haven’t get my refund back yet and when I go to Jaipur branch office of GTPL there staff is not even listening me and also misbehaving with me. There is an employee name Nitesh sharma in Jaipur branch he’s not even answering me on calls or not in message and also one more employee from the same office is misbehaving with me and shouting on me.
