On 15th Jan I have done a recharge for 1799 Rs towards my Airtel prepaid number from Airtel app but it was debited but not credited to my Airtel account or refunded back to my account. Its been more than 12 days didn’t received a proper resolution from airtel. Need your help and support to investigate and credit back my amount.
