I have been purchased a Motorola edge 40 phone on 20 th July, 2023 from Flipkart. But after the phone was getting updated it was excessive overheated. After that I have been communicated with Flipkart customer support. But they did not helped me about my problem nor launched any complain. The phone has a 7 days replacement policy. So I want to replace my phone with a new one. Please take necessary action about my proposal.
