My name is gourav verma from khazanchi road.I have trusted jio fiber and got the connection.I have paid security amount to them.My most of the work is dependent on net,so I need internet connection on regular basis but jio fiber connection was irregular because of which I was facing the problem in my work so I requested them to remove the connection.One person from patna came to my house to remove the connection.That man has asked about the jio fiber box but at that time my mother was aloan and she don’t know where it was kept so she asked him to come on some other day to collect it but from that day onwards I have received several calls and message regarding collection of the Jio fiber Setup box but nobody came to collect and they keep calling and texting for the same then i emailed them about the same but no action taken from their side.
