I received a message stating that I need to complete 1200 forms in 12 days, which I was not able to finish. So I’m getting Messages asking me to pay 25k for not completing the work with 3500…

The message is as follows :

I am legal adviser VIRAAJ CHAVAN .
I am calling from legal department you taken the work from GIGATEK TECHNOLOGY SERVICES you received 1200 forms but you didn’t complete your work as per rules already told you if your work is not complete then you have to pay admin charges 3500 and if you want cancel then you call to helpline or mail and pay cancellation charges within 24 hours if you will not pay then your agreement is consider as continue and complete your 1200 forms if your work is not complete then you have to pay admin charges 3500…
if you didn’t pay 3500 then we take legal action against you and once you receive a legal notice or FIR copy then you have to pay 15000 to 20000 in court so pay the charges and close this case ASAP…

As you denied to pay we are proceeding further legally now and send you legal notice through our advocate once you receive a legal notice then kindly pay admin charges + notice charges above than 15000rs, if you wish to avoid the legal process then kindly pay 3400rs and settle this issue.
