I have orderd fire bolt smart watch in black colour on 25sep2023 but recived golden colour Watch after that I have placed replacement order for it and then I have recived black colour Watch but due to delivery boy mistake he has enter wrong verification code at the time of delivery so he took it back and for this I have complaint to amazon for this on 05oct2023 and after all this amazon customer service is telling me that we are unable to do replacement as our investigation team is telling that you have recived correct item soo now I don’t want this watch and want to return it
