Sir, Airtel did not tell me the plan details correctly. When I commented to change or cancel the plan, I was given a new date every day. There was no response to my mail and phone. When my connection was established on the 5th, only then I had lodged an objection to it. I was told from Airtel that we will solve it within 24 hrs or maximum 2 days.After that after a lot of requests mailed by me, my fiber request is now rise 8th Aug and send a msg to me on 9 Aug and forcibly Airtel given the model of Airtel, it is being charged which is used only in Airtel. which cannot be used anywhere else. Modern speed was also not happening. According to the plan, the image was sent by me but there was no response for that too.
