I ordered redmi 8a phone on 27th June and still its 11 th July, i didnt get the phone still its showing me order running late… i called so many times customer service people just listen the problems and they dont even try to solve it..but i ordered a product on flipkart on 29th june and i got delivered 2 nd july… amazon people said transportaion problem.. if transportaion is the problem how come flipkart delivers in 2 days and amazon taking still 20 days to deliver… customer care is not helpful they dont connect to higher authority… even they dont try to resolve my problem
