Hi Team,

Your marketing personnel Mr. Neeraj reach out to me to facilitate Jio Internet connection at Imperial Heights Deharadun, Uttarakhand 248009.
I made payment 2500/- on 30th Oct 2021 then one order number was issue NO0000IVG02G but no installation was yet done from the team.

After payment is complete, No marketing personnel of their senior are picking my call. please find the attached call record of Mr. Neeraj, Mr. Pankaj Chandra & Mr. Yash Bhatnagar.
This is my kind request to the team that because of this I am unable to do my work from home. therefore intervention is required from higher authority.

In case you are not able to provide to installation please refund the amount or fast track the installation.

I have made 100+ call to your team but no one is even bothering to respond and pick my call.
