I brought my headphone on 13 September 2022 from Amazon India . I ordered blue colour one plus wireless headphone but got black one and also the product they send me is duplicate I cross varify the product from one plus care they told the product you got from Amazon is totally duplicate. I also call Amazon customer care and told them everything and said that various things to me to do a paper , send images everything I had done but after 3 attempt which not 3 but 2 they said we cannot help you for ur order plz help me out
