Sir, i have a credit card bill payment aeronpay . But aeronpay failed the txn and stuck my money ecash own wallet and i only used them credit card bill payment but they always failed my txn which i am not able to used my money.
Please refund my source of account or bank account.
i Paid my credit card bill with aeron pay Rs . 10000 but its not credited now 10 days are gone but no refund to my wallet so what i do please let me know

Hi this is akshay vala I have login in your application Aeron pay and add 10,000 rs in your aeron pay wallet and then I will pay to my Credit Card no : 6530039665368753 because of due payment dated : 2.12.2022 time : 13.16.51 , Tranjection I’d: APAY1669967209ZQQO8lsWQI .
But till now I am not getting credit to my Credit Card . this is my first transaction and I getting this issue .
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible .
