Sub: Airtel Prepaid Mobile No. +91 8861159246 – On-line Recharge for INR 399 /-
done on 2019-01-11 at 10-15 am (Transaction ID 190111286782). Got message in my phone “You have initiated to add Rs 399 to our accou t 8861159246. Please keep the txn id 190111225198 for future reference”.
Also sending details of Status failed. Please see attachment file for details of failure status
received from Airtel.
However, amount INR 399/- has been debited to y UCO Back Savings a/c
no. 16410110006160 .
Please resolve this issue. If transaction has failed the amount of Rs 399 must be credited back into my bank account.
