I took a loan on 17 sept 2022of 4500with tenure of 120 dayson cash tower or without giving any information or processing fee deduction details they credited 2600 in my account and give tenure on 7 days . I paid all amount but it’s not showing in the app I call customer care many times on many number they provide,
i which one picked i tell about I paid the whole amount they said app is running slow it will be updated with using bad words. And after 5 days they continue texting me pay again the whole amount I provide all the details of payment but they continue threatened by msgs ,to pay again , they send personal details on whtsapp contact list members and say abusive words and force me to pay again the whole amount .
Hi, yes, cash tower is doing that to many of the borrowers. I paid 2100 and then stopped because I felt something fishy about this app. Because everytime the lender upi changes and I didn’t feel its safe.
When I reached out there chat option in their app, they gave me two WhatsApp no to add. I didn’t add. Because I know what they would do. Also I checked the country code +62 , its indonesian dialing code.

They harrass innocent and low waged borrowers. We are earning bits and pieces , these fraudsters want that also.
