I visited to my nearest jio store which is located in Near Reliance Fresh unit 8 Bhubaneswar Odisha. To raise a complaint about my jio sim for not getting the 5G network on my phone whether other jio users are using the high speed data in 5G. Even I’ve used their sim on my phone and their sim is getting the 5G network but not mine. I explain what’s wrong with my jio sim to the sells man but the sells man is not ready to listen my words and talking with me rudely. This kind of service is not acceptable for the costumers please take immediate action to that person. Thanks.
