For many time I was purchased grocery item and house hold things but always packaging was damaged.i was always complaint kindly change the packaging but no any resonance.

Text of Complaint by Sudhir Kumar:

I am regular customer in reliance smart bazar.i was purchased rice in seraidhela Dhanbad branch jharkhand.many time packaging wAs damaged and lost my things.so if change the packaging and other wise I will go to higher level complaint.and I want my compassion for my wastage of things and my rice weight is not good.
