Respected sir I have getting loan from Indiabulls dhani on June 2019 of Rs200000 total EMI of 36 months.I have timely paid my EMI ,already paid 23 EMI’s but on may 2021 their collection department called me that your existing loan has been closed when you paid only RS75000 and you have get NOC. So, I have paid the whole amount I, e RS 75000 but their collection department called me daily that your EMI are stiil pending of RS 13742 and they threatened me through message if the amount is not paid you have to jail or something else.Sir, I only want to refund my whole amount I, e RS 75000 and continue my loan schdule as it is deducted from my account on dated 5th of every month Of EMI RS7742.

I had taken a personal loan from indiabullsdhani app in August 2019 which was of 22900.i have completed emi from August 2019 to July 2020 .there was a lock down in 2020 so from August2020 to 2021 may my emi bounced I lost my job at that time. There in July 2021 I called the indiabullsdhani agent and called at home and I asked how much amount I have to pay which is close my account he has said that fill 17500, after that your account will be close. I filled 17500 on 20july and I asked the banker how long my account will be closed sir he said after 45days you will be closed. Today after completing 45days I called in the indiabullsdhani people say 7500 now you have to become more. Sir now tell me what should I do
