Dear sir/madam,
I have pre-paid orders on jio-mart website on Jun-16 worth 2900Rs , after one week partial refund of 600rs was provided and product didnot get delivered.
I have tried to reach customer care more than 20+ times and they are closing cases without proper status

I am dissapointed to see such a large organisation are cheating people and i have seen many concerns from many people in this portal.
I hope you guys can take this up.
