In the April month I activated 1499 IR pack to my mobile number 8527394009. Before activation i called to Airtel executive over 121 to get the details for IR packs. Then i got to know about 1499 pack for Asia pacific zone. Over the call I clearly mentioned my destination countries then executive told me Airtel has only one pack for all these countries. After this activated 1499 pack. But i was shocked when i got my bill and they charged me 649 twice as zone. Then i emailed to 121 for this and they agreed to provide me waiver of 1501 of two zone charged which was charged and your executive did not inform me before this. But still charges its not waived off. I am waiting for that.
