I had taken a loan of 1000₹ (3months)and had to Pay 1175(on 1.5.19). But the payment was only able to be completed on 2.5.19 at 12.16am, but the amount shown was ₹1175 and the receipt for the transaction came. But when i checked the repaid loans it wasn’t there and was still there in the open loans. As i contacted mpokket they told the transaction was failed because the fine was not paid. So i again paid the amount of ₹1183 and this time it reflected the open loans and the loan was paid. But the amount of ₹1175i had paid hadn’t yet returned or credited back to my bank account. I am student and have a lot of problems. So sir please kindly grant me back my money.
