Dear sir/Madam, I want to file a complaint against airtel Retailer in bhiwadi, Alwar(Rajasthan) at Mansha Chowk, opposite HDFC bank ATM.
Today I have changed my sim card for same no. Due to current sim not working properly, Retailer executive charged 50 rupees for that service. After around 2 hours, I get an SMS from Airtel conpany, that retailer can charge only 25 rupeee max.
Please look into matter and take necessary action.
