I have ordered a item from Amazon on 2 June. It was foldable wardrobe but after receiving it, I am not satisfied with the quality of that,so I have returned it but nobody comes to pick it and i have called to customer service of Amazon 9-10 times but everytime same answer that this time it will be pickup but it’s not. Many time the agent which speaks to me have said that he/she taken a follow up i.e they will call back to see if return is done or not, but they do false promises. My time has gone as I have waited all the day at time of pick that it will come I have been made fooled by Amazon. I want strict action against them.
