Hello sir,
I am Altaf Baig bearing mobile number 9739462602.
I have done recharge of Rs.49 on 11-May-2020.
I have not calls to anyone. I talked with your customer care number he has given me this mail id. I want my balance within 24hrs. What the hell is going on. In 3 days you guys are deducting our balance. Lockdown is going on we don’t have money to call our parents and you guys are deducting our balance. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. I hope you look into this matter. I want my money back within 24hrs.
