I have taken personal loan through online application of Nira Finance Company. Whose first EMI of 05th October was to be auto debited directly from my bank account which got auto debited. But in Nira application it is visible that auto debit has failed. Had it failed the money deducted from my account would have been returned but auto debit from my account has been successful. But Nira Finance people are messaging me that my first EMI is still due. I tried to talk to Nira customer care but the email address is also wrong and the call to customer care is not going through.
