have given request to close my Fastag to IDFC bank 12days ago with all documents to their support email id. I was promised Tag closure in 7 days. . At NHAI the IDFC tag is still showing as exists. My ticked id is idfc00003264 dated 18/7/23
Amount of Rs 165 has been debited from my account today
