I Have booked a bus ticket by Paytm in sanjay travels Ajmer and ticket was confirmed by operator and I call to bus operator on boarding time for pick up me then operator says bus is canceled ,so i am unable to reached in my destination and I had emergency work so booked the ticket immediately, who are responsible for that so please action against.
And my payment is not refund please refund my payment with fine because I had to suffer because of them.
