Text of Complaint by Vijendra singh:

I have made transaction on 3rd July for my credit card bill payment but the payment is not received in my ICICI credit card account. So since 5th July 2022 I am requesting to the cred team over mail or twitter for refund my money in my bank account and for this I have also mailed them 2 months credit card statement on his request but till now there are no response.
Also I haven’t received my money and whenever they mailed always asked that they will review the concern and will take 24-48 hours but since 40 days his 24-48 days did not over.
I am very worried about my money and for this I have mentally tensed.
Please help me.
