This very unfortunate to saying to you after using long time of your product I am getting very disappointed with ur service.
I ordered a remote on 13th and it’s supposed to deliver the product on 14th evening @5-7pm,technician called me and said he will come @1-2pm i said any person is not available that time to collect it, I requested for 5-7pm slots he said ok, if not possible then tomorrow I told him as I know him then I asked his to deliver it at within 9:30am,he said possible,but he didn’t came today(15th).
Yesterday (on 14th) at around 1pm she said not possible to deliver the remote within 9:30am then I requested her ok no issue, can you provide it in another address near rashbehari location then she said not possible then I said provide me a number within few minutes I will confirm if any one of my neighbour is available to collect it then I will take the delivery on the same day(on 14th) she asked me a alternative number when I have shared then she has disconnected the call.
Today mornig I called to the technician he when I asked him that when he will come for the delivery he said raining outside that’s why he didn’t come but today he will deliver the Remote,i didn’t received any call entire the day thats why I called to the customer care services he said will received it within 5-7pm today,but at around 6:30pm I received a call from the same women from backend team she asked when I want to take the product i told her it’s supposed to deliver today why she is asking the question she said not possible 5-7pm time any of the day then again my question is that why? If you guys are unable to deliver that time then why you all confirmed me that 5-7pm slots? She was more AROGANT,MANNERLESS, UNTAUGHT, IF THERE IS MORE CHEAPEST WORD IS AVAILABLE FOR HER SHE IS THAT. HONESTLY SHE IS NOT FOR CUSTOMER DEALING I was surprised when I was listening her words how arrogant none cooperative person she was.
Even she said customer care why booked the slots she doesn’t know about it there is nothing that 5-7pm slots. I need to call and aske the same to the customer care. She was not understanding my issue, when I said that I am recording her call then she was started more argument after sometime and last time was not listening my request while talking she has disconnected the call.
