I am a regular customer of airtel since 2009.
Recently your services are irritating and irrelevant to the customers like me. Because I have O/G validity till 22nd Dec 2018. But you are just sending a message and going to deduct 23 rupees for O/G on 22nd Dec 2018. This is very unfortunate and immoral because I have a grace period for 15 days (i.e
upto 6th Jan 2019) to recharge my number with any other plans for time to time. This auto deduction will not provide to me a chance to decide for another plans. Because we are using for our convenience, we may have 2 to 3 days to decide my priority after my present plan expiry. If at all we recharge for another plan before the expiry of my O/G, you are not giving the remaining extension validity and activating the new one immediately. That’s why I am recharging every time after my validity expiry.
In this connection I am requesting you to deactivate the auto deduction proces of O/G extension amount before the grace period time for my mobile number. And pursue my suggestion to give us the extension validity period, if we recharge before the expiry period.
