Sir/madm
As cited above, I've ordered for a Genex M21 smartphone for Rs 2999/Order No. MS3107 on 15-5-2020. Despite my repeated requests for a status update for my order, I've not received any reply from the company till date. Hence I'd like to request your authority to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest.
