I have mailed on company mail id regarding not able to unsubscribe my Zee 5 and Xtream premium but instead of doing mail and calls they are still adding charges in the bills and now they are saying you have to unsubscribe it from the app itself (as I have already mentioned in mail that I am not able to unsubscribe from the app) still they are not resolving the issue. Every month they used to add charges then I have to call them every month atleast 3-4 times to waive them off.
They don’t read the mail properly too I have asked for Xtreme and they are replying for prime video .
Everyrime i ask them to solve my issue they directly either put call on hold or cut the call .
